Your role will be crucial to ensuring the consistency and reliability of our RTK network spanning 5 continents. You will be in charge of monitoring, solving customer issues and resolving network problems wherever they may happen in the world.

This is a remote position.

The candidate must be working on EU hours to overlap with US hours (monitor the network when the US team is asleep).

Job:
– Be available to respond to time-sensitive outages as determined by an on-call schedule…in general these hours should be during hours that are complementary to overnight hours in the United States.
– Monitor uptime for a globally distributed fleet of ~2000 IoT devices.
– Follow available runbooks to troubleshoot outages and determine appropriate escalation needs.
– Work with our Infrastructure and firmware development team to suggest feature improvements based on real-world Operational experiences.
– English fluency required.
